Kuali Student Services System (KS)

Partners

The Kuali Student consortium consists of five Founding institutions:

A partner institution – the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) – is also contributing significant resources and expertise.

Collectively, these institutions are contributing more than $25 million over a 5-year period. In addition, The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation is contributing $2.5 million during the initial 2½ years of the project. We estimate $35 million will be required to fund the Kuali Student project over the next 5 years.

The Kuali Foundation Connection

Kuali Student is being developed under the umbrella of the Kuali Foundation (www.kuali.org). This affiliation allows the project to leverage and contribute to the Foundation’s communities of interest, adopt established licensing processes, benefit from existing communications and technical expertise, and contribute to Kuali’s full suite of community source applications for higher-education institutions.
