Responsibilities

The Kuali Student project is actively encouraging additional Contributors to ensure we meet the needs of the broadest possible community. Their responsibilities would include:

  1. A willingness to align with the Kuali Student vision and act as an advocate for the project.
  2. An expression of interest in implementing one or more modules.
  3. A funding contribution toward the development of Kuali Student.
  4. An agreement to abide by the provisions of the Educational Community License.

Benefits

In return, our Contributors will enjoy substantial benefits. The following is just a partial list.

  • You’ll be in a position to provide specific and valuable input on product directions, needs, and expectations.
  • You’ll have access to project documentation and artifacts as they’re developed.
  • You’ll participate in beta testing, have early access to software, and be able to initiate early program implementation.
  • You’ll be able to contribute to bug fixes and enhancements to help ensure the end product is a quality product.
  • You’ll be able to include your implementation experiences and materials in the community body of knowledge.
  • Your expertise will be included in the development of support processes and the final product release.
